Jacob,
Let me ask you a question. Is it a breach of privacy to track a new born baby in the hospital for safety? Are you not responsible for the baby or child after a certain age. What is that age? The child's parents or guardian is responsible for the child until the age of 18.

You said, if the parents question where the child / teen is, they shouldn't let them drive. So, you would rather suspend the privilege of driving over teaching them to drive?

I think this is a total breach of privacy and trust on the kids part. If the parents dont think that the kid is going to be where theyre suposed to be then they should drive the kid there instead of leting then drive themselves.
