Divorce statistics in the United States are staggering. As many as fifty percent of first marriages will end in divorce and that number rises to an estimated seventy percent for second marriages. One of the leading causes of divorce in America is infidelity, but sadly many spouses never find out for sure whether their husband or wife is truly being unfaithful. They are left to struggle with suspicion and doubt, always questioning the whereabouts and truthfulness of their marriage partner. These feelings lead to frustration and despair and they undermine trust, sometimes leading to divorce even when no actual affair took place. One way to set your mind at ease if you have suspicions is to purchase a GPS tracking device for your spouse’s car.

The GPS tracking device will send a signal from the transmitter to receiving software on your computer, identifying the location of the car at any given point. You can view the data in real time or as a report of movement throughout the day. Monitoring capabilities include not only current location, but also length and number of stops made and direction of travel.

Although no one wants to believe that his or her spouse would be unfaithful, experience has demonstrated that knowledge is better than disbelief. Constant wondering and questioning will make you and any children you have miserable while your partner continues to live a lie. A GPS tracking device can be discreetly located in the car or magnetically attached underneath in such a way that the driver never knows it is there. If your husband comes home late several nights each week with the explanation of long hours at work, you can know for sure whether he really is staying at the office or whether he’s spending his time with a female coworker.

Both men and women admit that they would find it easier to cheat on a spouse if they knew they would never be caught. For some, the acknowledgement of risk is enough to keep them from testing the waters. But for others, the temptation is too great. In these cases, spouses can discover the truth quickly and confront a wayward spouse with accurate information. Sometimes this is enough to restore a relationship. Whether your spouse repents or not, however, a GPS tracking device can arm you with the truth and give you the courage you need to take the action that is best for you and your family.
