GPS Tracking Builds Trust in Marriages

By Greg Bartlett

Can you trust your spouse? We would all like to be able to answer “yes” without hesitation, but unfortunately, sometimes that’s just not the case. A recent Reader’s Digest poll found that nearly 40% of Americans admitted to lying to their spouses about their whereabouts. That’s a shockingly high percentage. If you suspect that your spouse is one of those 40%, you may want to consider installing a GPS tracking device on your spouse’s car.

A GPS tracking device allows you to discreetly monitor your spouse’s movements over the course of days or weeks. The transmitter sends a signal to your home computer or another receiving device and allows you to see not only current location, but also what stops were made and how long each one was. Information can be viewed in real time or as a printable report detailing movements throughout any given day.

Infidelity often jumps to mind first when a spouse seems to be lying about where he or she was, but that may not always be the case. The same poll mentioned above also found that most of the time, spouses who lied about their whereabouts were not unfaithful. Rather, they were out shopping when they had promised not to spend more money or they were out for a night with the guys rather than working late. If you suspect that your spouse isn’t telling you everything, a GPS tracking device can put your mind at rest about his or her faithfulness while also allowing you to lovingly confront him or her with the truth in an effort to help change bad habits.

Monitoring a spouse’s movements without their knowledge may be seen by some as a further attack on the relationship. In these instances perhaps use of the device could be a decision agreed upon by both partners so that each knows the other is concerned and wants to work through the problem. In any case, GPS tracking can be the key to stopping the untruthfulness problem before it erodes the foundation of your relationship.

Trust is the best foundation for any relationship and lack of trust can cause marriages to crumble. Sometimes, all a spouse needs to change behavior is a gentle encouragement to remember and keep promises. A GPS tracking device can provide you with the information you need to lovingly start a conversation that may save your marriage.

Prove Infidelity with a GPS Tracking System

By Greg Bartlett

A spouse’s infidelity is something that has many people on edge daily. Many websites offer various hidden video recording options, such as alarm clocks, radios, and air purifiers that could all catch your spouse on tape. People are paranoid that their spouses are cheating on them. Even the slightest comment from a friend or neighbor can be twisted in their mind as proof that their spouse is having an affair. However, one easy way to tell if your spouse is cheating is to use a GPS tracking system in his or her vehicle.

Alarm clocks, radios, and air purifiers might work pretty well, but only if the affair is happening in your own home. Most likely, this is not the case and it will be much harder to find proof that an affair is going on.

A wife who suspects her husband is having an affair can come up with a lot of ‘proof’ on her own. He starts deleting his incoming calls or emails. He works a lot of overtime, but the pay check stays the same. There are a few unexplainable purchases on the credit card bill. But even if little things like this add up, it can still be hard to prove. This is where the GPS tracking system comes in.

By placing a GPS tracking system in your spouse’s car, you can track him online and tell at any time where he is. You can check to verify that he actually went to work in the morning instead of calling in sick and not telling you. You can check again in the evening and see when he clocked out and headed home. Every time his vehicle moves, you know exactly where it is. After you retrieve the tracking system from your spouse’s car and plug it into the computer, you can see exactly what stops he made, where he made them, and what time he left each location.

If you decided to hire a private investigator to track your straying spouse, they would most likely use a GPS tracking system as well. By doing it yourself, you save a little bit of extra cash and get even better results. You get to see all the information for yourself and you can check it as often as you would like, just by plugging the system into your computer. You don’t have to wonder about your spouse any longer.
