Terms of Service:
There are NO activation fees. We are
your direct provider with support and
service for your pet tracking device.
Monthly service plans can be
upgraded or downgraded at any time upon
written request. A one year contract
must be signed by the customer prior
to account access, which can be faxed
to our office. If an account was terminated
early, there would be a $100 early termination
fee. Overages are billed at $0.10 per
location update.
